't Nieuwe Diep Distillery is located in a renovated pumping station in Amsterdam's Flevopark. Recently opened, the owners produce around 100 of their own jenevers and liqueurs from discovered recipes, available for tasting at the Proeflokaal het Gemaal. It takes a bit of effort to get there, but when you feel the breeze and gaze over the water while sipping strawberry or apple jenever made.

Distillery 't Nieuwe Diep is a fantastic spot to get away from the hussle of the city. The distillery is tucked away in the Flevopark. A rather unknown park in Amsterdam (let all the others run to the Vondelpark). The building was built in 1880 as a pomp house. They renovated it in 2009 and opened it in 2010 as a distillery for jenever.
